I figured this would be a good place to put lyrics..now that I'm finally writing some.

The Madman cried from atop his pedestal
"What is lost can be regained"
Upon deaf ears do his wicked lies fall
For mirth is sought in vain

Drag a rusty knife over my weakened skin
Only lock-jaw quells my screams
It's punishment for the deadliest sin:
Having the audacity to dream

Death release me from this place
A bullet to the heart is a Godly gift
Deliver me from this wretched embrace
Have mercy and make it swift

I leave this place a defeated man
To journey into the unknown
I seek the light of contentment
Of which I've never been shown


might need to touch it up a bit...but I hate using thesauruses...ill figure something out

End of a Beast

All I feel is hate now
My inhibitions vanished
Sobriety was a prison
Which malice has now banished

I grow weary of this flesh
Its weakness and desires
But I've obtained sweet release
By casting it to the fire

A rabid dog feels no remorse
Nor shame for what he does
Insanity is what blinds him
From what long ago he was

The blood I spill and suds I foam
Only multiply my thirst
The bones I snap and cartilage crack
Liberate me from my curse

The souls of beasts are seldom saved
Chaotic fiends reap only scorn
They're exterminated and forgotten
With no chance to be reborn
